Return Policy
If you're unhappy with your purchase please send it back within 30 days of delivery date with a completed return slip. Please make sure to specify order #'s on the return slip so we can ensure your credit is accurate. All merchandise must be unworn,unwashed, and still have the original tags attached. We are happy to issue you a refund in the form of an E-gift card (stored credit) for use on a future purchase on ladyxapparel.com. E-gift cards never expired.
Returned items must be unworn & unwashed(free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24hrs of receiving your package.
We recommend shipping back using USPS flat rate shipping with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages. Without proof of receipt and delivery, we will not issue return credit.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Lady X apparel does not provide return shipping labels.
RESERVED RIGHT REGARDING RETURN IF:
irregular or excessive return history indicates that "wardrobing"
returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damage or missing items.
Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

GIVEAWAYS ARE NOT EXCHANGEABLE! please make sure to give us the correct sizing when winning a giveaway. if you win a Faja make sure to send your correct weight, high and jeans size when claiming there is not exchanges or returns when win a giveaway .
Exchanges
Because we can't ensure we would have the style/size for the desired item by the time of the returned, we are unable to accommodate exchanges. We will issue you store credit via gift card once we've received your return. That way, you may use the E-gift card towards the correct item/size or for another item.

Credit
store credit for your returned item(s) will be processed once we received the item(s). Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received. Your E-gift card will cover the original purchase price and tax if applicable. Lady X apparel does not credit original shipping charges.
